Brandon Paxton is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TiffPax Holdings Inc., a modern equity firm rooted in discipline, innovation, and strategic vision. A dual JD/MBA graduate of the University of Chicago, Brandon brings a rare combination of legal precision and business acumen to the world of asset management.
Prior to launching TiffPax Holdings, Brandon gained experience at some of the nation's most respected institutions, including Latham & Watkins, Apple's in-house legal team, and multiple investment and legal ventures in both corporate law and strategic finance. His passion for building wealth for others—especially first-generation investors and emerging professionals—is what drove him to establish a firm built for long-term performance, transparency, and generational impact.
Under Brandon's leadership, TiffPax Holdings has expanded from a small portfolio into a data-driven asset management firm that leverages innovative strategies, including the use of trading algorithms, sector-focused growth models, and personalized portfolio structures for each client.

Joseph Karwaczka — Director of Technology & Innovation
Joseph brings a unique blend of skills to TiffPax. With a background in law, he recently began his legal studies at the University of Illinois College of Law, and hands-on experience in technology, he bridges two worlds that are essential to our future growth. His expertise in building and maintaining digital platforms has been instrumental in creating the seamless systems that support both our team and our clients. Joseph ensures that the firm’s technology operates at the highest level, from our website to the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that powers portfolio management. His dual perspective legal training combined with technical experience reflects the innovative, multidisciplinary spirit that defines TiffPax.
Samuel McNeal - Client Acquisition Partner, West Coast
Sam leads TiffPax’s client acquisition strategy across the West Coast, where he develops high-trust relationships with founders, investors, and early-stage operators positioned for long-term growth. Having studied at UCLA with a background in acting and strategic consulting, he brings a rare blend of presence, emotional intelligence, and market awareness to business development, enabling him to identify alignment early and build partnerships that sustain over time. Operating at the intersection of culture and capital, Sam leverages his network across Los Angeles’ creative, entrepreneurial, and emerging wealth circles to expand TiffPax’s footprint among next-generation leaders. His experience navigating high-performance, high-visibility environments gives him a unique fluency in personal brand positioning, trust-based dealmaking, and client relationship strategy. At TiffPax, Sam is focused on cultivating strategic client relationships built on shared values, future potential, and long-term partnership, not transactional outreach. His role strengthens the firm’s presence in key West Coast markets and reflects TiffPax’s commitment to thoughtful, curated growth.
Melina Bezanis - Strategic Partnerships & Community Investment
Melina drives TiffPax's community engagement initiatives through philanthropic programming and nonprofit collaborations, including annual charitable events and investor engagements, focused on education and mentorship for Chicago's youth. She hold a degree in Political Science from Fordham University, as a Loyola Scholar and Hispanic Merit Scholar, and a B.F.A in Dance through The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
Azrael Jimenez - Director of Digital Systems & Integration
Azrael brings a precision driven mindset to TiffPax Holdings, merging his aerospace engineering expertise with a sharp focus on operational innovation. A graduate of Purdue University Northwest with a degree in Engineering, he combines technical mastery with strategic insight to strenghten TiffPax's digital foundation.
